The event will serve as the official induction/initiation of our new 7th graders into the Youth Group. Cristina Del Barrio has done much of the leg work researching a catered private party at Dave & Busters. For an Italian Dinner, dessert, drinks, 86 credits game card the cost is normally $43 dollars but we are asking for $30 per person. In order to receive this deal, we need to have at least 20 confirmations. Here's what's included:

There will be 86 chips on each card! Games are normally between 3 and 5 chips each play. That works out to 17 - 28 arcade games for the night!
AGENDA - FRIDAY AUGUST 31st 5:15pm - Meet at Church (Teen Room) 5:30-6:00pm: Devotional 6:00-6:15pm: Hang out/Take Pictures 6:15-6:20pm: Load up Van & Cars 6:21 SHARP!: Depart for Dave & Busters at the Irvine Spectrum 6:40pm - Arrive at Irvine Spectrum, park vehicles and walk over to D&B 7:00 - 10:00pm: Dinner, Socializing & Games at D&B (FUN! FUN! FUN!) 10:00pm - Head back to vehicles 10:15pm Depart Irvine Spectrum 10:30pm Arrive back at Church parking lot
Remember, we are planning this as a semi formal event. So, gentlemen please wear nice slacks, button up shirt and tie. Ladies, please wear a nice dress (not a formal dress, but like a homecoming dress). We will be dinning outside in the patio that we have reserved so you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater if it gets chilly.

Parents, according to Dave & Busters rules, I have to have at least one chaperone for every six teenagers. Therefore, I will need at least three volunteers who would like to attend the event as drivers and chaperones (the church will pick up the tab for the chaperones).
