Mark Oldham was born into a church of Christ family. His parents instilled in him an obedience and love for God. He was born and raised in Blackwell, Oklahoma. His parents lived on a farm located about half way between Blackwell and Ponca City. His father was a farmer and Mark always had daily chores to do around the farm. He began driving a tractor, plowing and tilling the wheat farm land, when he was eleven years old.

Finally, I got my MBA from Pepperdine University in 2005.
My hobbies are reading, running, and Toastmasters. I like to read science, biographical, self-help, and Christian books. I have been a marathon runner since 2006 and a soccer referee since 2002.
I grew up as a traditional Catholic. My family and I attended church only during weddings, funerals and special holidays. As a teenager, I visited the Mormon Church for many years. In 1980, I joined the Vermont Avenue Church of Christ in Los Angeles (old Pepperdine campus), and I was baptized in August 15, 1981. I became a Bible school teacher and youth group leader in the Hispanic congregation. In 1997, we became members at the Culver-Palms Church of Christ. Finally in 1999, we became members at Mission Viejo Church of Christ and as they say, the rest is history. We have been blessed to be part of this great church family.
